1. Turntable structure:
The turntable is the main implementation of the machine. It is composed of main parts such as upper and lower bearing assembly, spindle and turntable. The circumference of the turntable is evenly distributed on 17 stamping dies, and the torque is transferred between the turntable and the spindle by the flat key. The spindle is supported on the bearing, driven by the worm gear pair, connected by spline, rotate the spindle, so that the turntable rotates.
2. Track mechanism:
The orbit is composed of the cylindrical CAM and the surface CAM, which is the track of the movement of the upper and lower rods. The upper track is composed of many pieces of track, such as the upper rail, the lower rail, the parallel rail, the lower parallel rail and so on. They are respectively fastened on the upper rail tray. The lower track is composed of the upper punching down rail, the lower punching up rail and the filling rail. They are mounted separately on the lower rail seat.
3. Filling regulating device:
Filling regulation acts to regulate tablet weight. The filling regulating mechanism is installed inside the main body, and a moon-shaped filling rail can be observed on the plane of the main body. 4. Tablet thickness (pressure) adjustment device:
The Tablet thickness (pressure) can be adjusted by adjusting the lower pressure wheel. The lower pressure wheel is installed in the groove of the main body, it is arranged on the eccentric shaft, and the outer end is connected with the hand wheel. When the external hand wheel is adjusted, the eccentric shaft drives the pressure wheel to rise or fall, that is, to adjust the thickness of the sheet (pressure). To control the thickness and hardness of the tablet. The upper pressure wheel can also be adjusted up and down as a regulating device, but not in general.
5. Feeding device:
The device is composed of feeding hopper, adjusting screw, feeder and so on. The feeder is a lunar grid feeder, which is installed on the turntable. The clearance between feeder and turntable working face and the height of hopper are adjusted according to the flow of particles.
6. Transmission device:
The transmission part of the machine is composed of motor, synchronous belt wheel and worm gear reduction box, test wheel and so on. The motor is mounted on the base plate. 7. Cover :
